Vic: Resources boost for Water Police

Victorian Police are getting several new Water Police boats.

Four port security boats .. worth 173-thousand dollars each .. will be rolled out this year.

Two new Rigid Hull inflatable boats .. will also join the police fleet.

The boats have counter-terrorism capabilities .. travel at extraordinarily high speed
.. and seat 10 people.
