Mike Borkowski and John Servatius are setting out to create theStarbucks of the dry cleaning industry.
The two entrepreneurs plan to open a nationwide chain of 500 drycleaners called Press This! over the next five years. The business -which has one location in Morton Grove and expects to add nine morein the Chicago area by the end of the year - is designed to provideconsistent standards in a spotty service industry consisting mostlyof independent neighborhood stores.
